At EcoLogic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, some disposable items may not be eligible for return once opened.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at admin@kdgholdings.co with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or defective product.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return the product for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at admin@kdgholdings.co.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund depending on availability.
